SNS (N) is comprised of three main production hubs (Cleeton, Ravenspurn, West Sole), with more than 20 fields (platforms or subsea developments), connected to the Dimlington gas terminal.
SNS (N) is producing between 35,000 and 45,000 boepd net.
Plans for SNS (N) include maximising the value of those mature fields which have been in production since the 80s, for most of them. The exception is West Sole whose first gas dates back to 1968.
Eric d'Argentré, PUK General Manager, declared : "this is an important day for Perenco UK and I would like to thank all the teams from Perenco HQ and PUK involved in this transaction and in the six months transition. I'm very happy to welcome in the group the new employees of SNS (N) and I'm looking forward to working with them for further successful projects in the North Sea".
